On A Personal Note….<\/strong>
\nHe made the best guacamole….
\nI once told Jaime that he was a Farmer, a Gardener at heart, and that he had taken a whole family from one land, transplanted them to another, cared for them and tended them…<\/p>\n

\ufeffand they thrived! And multiplied!<\/p>\n

\ufeffNo better compliment to a Gardener. <\/p>\n

The man could always make me smile, even on Sundays when a smile seemed hard to come by. He had the presence of a Preacher in the pulpit, and i kept telling him that i was going to have him preach one Sunday. Given time, i know it would have happened. Given time… (sigh)… There is never enough time. Never enough time to do the things you want to. All i know is that my life is so much richer because he entered it. He came with smiles, and the gifts of family, and so many people who have become so dear to me and our community. I’m gonna miss this man. And i will never forget him. Not Adi\u00f3s, Jaime. Hasta Luego … nos vemos… whenever i think of you. <\/p>\n

Jaime was born on November 13, 1956, in Mexico City. He met Lolita, the woman who would become his wife, best friend, and lifelong companion, and they were married in 1982. Over 44 years of marriage, they built a life together and raised their two sons, Fabricio and Marcelo.<\/p>\n

Above all, Jaime was devoted to his family and had a profound impact on the lives of those around him. He led by example and with love, showing through his actions the importance of kindness, generosity, and caring for others. He found particular meaning in volunteering with the homeless ministry and in helping those in need, giving freely of his time and compassion. He took great pride in his sons and found tremendous joy in being a grandfather to Levi and Theo.<\/p>\n

Jaime is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Lolita; his sons, Fabricio and Marcelo; Marcelo\u2019s wife, Kelsey; and his grandsons, Levi and Theo.<\/p>\n
