Fairfax City Mayor and City Council Proclaims March 31 Transgender Day of Visibility<\/strong> On March 26, the Fairfax City Council presented a certificate officially proclaiming March 31 as the Transgender Day of Visibility. Accepting the proclamation from Mayor Catherine Read, was Rev. Emma Chattin and church community members Gershom, Heather, and Kate. <\/p>\n

Thanks to Fairfax County Board of Supervisors for Proclaiming March 31 as Transgender Day of Visibility.<\/strong> Rev Emma Chattin spoke, accepting the Proclamation as Executive Director of TGEA as well as Pastor of MCC NoVA, with 2 dozen supporters beside her. Thanks to ALL who participated.
