\nThe next time you visit MCC of Northern Virginia, the surrounding area will look very different. Construction on
\n“The Flats on University Drive”<\/a>
\nis well under way and progresses daily. This is a development designed to house over 800 people, the vast majority being George Mason University Seniors and Graduate Students, along with a parking deck to accommodate over 700 vehicles. The good news is that our Condominium Manager assures me that City Ordinances prohibit Sunday construction.<\/p>\n
