This year&#8217;s awardees will include a star of Amazon&#8217;s Transparent TV show and often quoted by Rev. Emma in Sunday services: Alexandra Billings. Also awarded will be Sean Bender-Prouty, who, at 14 years old served as Virginia&#8217;s first Trans\/GNB Senate Page earlier this year, and who currently is the editor of LGBTeen magazine.
